Why is The Merry Menopause Bookclub is much more than just a Bookclub?

Coming together with other women can create huge shifts by knowing that you are not alone by being part of a group and sharing the hormonal shift of Menopause and also sharing the joy of reading and learning about ourselves.

The private community for is not just to talk about the book, it’s a non judgemental space facilitated by me for you to connect, share and support.

My aim is for us to come together and share what’s going on for us at whatever stage of our Menopause journey. When things feel overwhelming, being allowing to put our thoughts in order and be supported by others can help us through any challenge.

Within the group there will be no attempt to tell women what they should think or feel, it will be a  safe space where we can explore and expand the powerful pieces of common ground we all share, to strengthen our sense of self and make sense of the shifts and changes we are experiencing with women on the same journey.

Gathering together helps us shift our perspectives, and we can learn from each other and support each other, build each other up, strengthen each other and tap into the incredible power of our wisdom that gains momentum as we get older and that comes from building connection and having regular communication with like-minded women. I invite you to join The Club.
